Yoga Nidra

Yoga means union, or path and Nidra means sleep, relaxation or Samadhi. Yoga Nidra is composed of a sequence of restorative practices that can help us feel connected with ourselves, others and the world around us. In our sessions we learn tools that can help build a foundation of health and healing, so that we can experience a felt sense of well-being and joy in our daily lives. In our heart centered practice of Yoga Nidra, we begin to observe our changing state of consciousness, while seated in the self.

Vrndavana Lila is a self-taught artist and poet based in NYC. She was born into the Bhakti Tradition, and continues to explore this sacred path. She is 500 hrs YTT certified and hosts donation Yoga Nidra knowledge share sessions

Proof of vaccination is required for all classes and workshops at Get Right Wellness, please arrive with your proof of vaccination. Additionally, we as that everyone wear masks upon entry to our space and in the common areas, including the waiting room and hallways. If you are not feeling well or have been exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19 please stay home and join us for a future workshop.
