Yoga Flow with Tara Ferri

A simple flow of yoga postures using the breath to connect each movement with special attention to alignment. A series of  sun salutations, standing and seated poses, and stretches are used to build strength, flexibility, and calm.  This class is good for beginners or advanced students who would like a slower class to concentrate on form and flow.

Proof of vaccination is required for all classes and workshops at Get Right Wellness, please arrive with your proof of vaccination. If you are not feeling well or have been exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19 please stay home and join us for a future workshop.
