Join Tara Ferri, a long-time yoga teacher and practitioner with over 500 hours of general yoga training, 85+ hours of prenatal and postnatal yoga training and training as a postpartum doula for her prenatal yoga class!
This class is a vinyasa flow, specially designed to be safe for all stages of pregnancy to help alleviate discomfort and prepare for childbirth. This class has a concentration on shoulder and hip openers, side stretches, pelvic floor toning and opening the pelvis. All movements are modified for students’ specific issues, such as breech and posterior babies, diastases, pubic symphysis pain, sacroiliac joint issues, piriformis syndrome, placenta previa and acid reflux.
Proof of vaccination is required to attend. Masks will be optional.
