Plant Medicine for Anxiety Support

In this workshop we will focus on how to prepare, combine, and work with 8 common herbs to help find balance and respite from symptoms of anxiety. Lindsey will cover each herb's botanical constituents, and how they work in the body. We will focus on daily rituals, grounding techniques, and how to turn tea time into a medicinal and meditative experience. Lindsey will also discuss holistic ways to incorporate herbs into a protocol for working through anxiety and grief (i.e.tea time as a meditation, herbal salves for self massage). This workshop will be mask optional, so that participants can try different teas, and experience the herbs with our senses.
