“Aliensauce is an offering of collaborative healing through sacred practice found at the intersection of ancestral connection, nature, symbolism, divination & spiritual sciences. The concept of “Desire is what brought us here,” informs our work in which we acknowledge and deeply understand that we cannot know what we want while our needs are not being met. It’s in the foundation of necessity, that our body’s wisdom holds nature’s truth. 

“If my needs are met, my body is resonant with that of nature. Therefore, what I want aligns with my nourished baseline. This makes my desires sustainable, my purpose realized and my practices filled with my own Asé.”

This consciousness is where Aliensauce resides, presently, with regards to being of service to community & equity, as opposed to capitalism & greed. With ancestral veneration, herbalism, numerology, astrology & ritual – we can navigate the liminal space between being guided & being aware, while on our healing journey. Since 2016, Aliensauce came to be through community needs being met with creativity, spirituality & nature. This answer to the call presented as product development with plant medicine, but this piece has since grown & transformed into more service-oriented offerings, deepening the expression & intention of our service. 

Creator & practitioner of Aliensauce, Sasha Schaafe, is a spiritual herbalist, numerologist, diviner & craftswoman. Her background experience with “food as medicine” is informed by her family’s Jamaican/Chinese roots & upbringing. Her deepened knowledge of plant medicine came with completing a Spiritual Herbalism apprenticeship within the Sacred Vibes Apothecary community under the tutelage of Karen Rose. As an herbalist & aborisha, Sasha is committed to being in right relationship with the land and the energies within & around nature. Actively participating in decolonizing the Western wellness industry & uplifting access to all, Sasha currently offers divination readings & herbal consultations in & around Ridgewood, NY. She teaches workshops in her community at Get Right Wellness Collective about herbalism, numerology as well as candle & crystal divination. Further community offerings include wellness tea blends being served & sold in local businesses around Queens, NY along with spiritual arsenal must-haves like aura mists, ritual candles & healing balms – lending wellness options & ritual elevation to customers who want to prioritize holistic wellness in their lives and bridge a path to liberation in collaboration with nature/Spirit.”
