A few years ago, in a mothers circle, I was recommended a book that shifted my life in a transformative way. The book led me to the Institute of Feminine Arts, divinely timed to register for their upcoming Womb Awakening Apprenticeship. I’ve been studying with them since then— continuing with a facilitator training, receiving certification in Womb-Hara Massage, and sitting through the apprenticeship program again for deeper medicine. Additionally, I have an academic background in psychology and hypnosis, and over the years have facilitated past life regressions and hypnotic womb journeys with clients.

Healing the connection with my body and womb space has been integral in my overall journey. Our bodies are wise and hold memory. It is an honor to now support women on their paths of reconnecting and reawakening as well. The intention in my offerings is to empower women to thrive on their transformative journeys in a safe, nurturing space. It is my goal to help women and mothers feel held, seen, and nurtured.
