Kaitlynn is a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist and a Registered Drama Therapist through the North American Drama Therapy Association (NADTA). Kaitlynn has a diverse, professional background that includes work in education, performing arts and mental health. 

Kaitlynn's approach is individualized, non-judgmental, innovative, and trauma-informed. Kaitlynn believes therapy happens in relationships and prioritizes building a trusting and open relationship with her clients first and foremost.  She is passionate about creative expression and its power to move the therapeutic process. She draws from a wide range of techniques, including but not limited to creative arts therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness. She has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings, including schools, community based programs, hospitals, and private practice. Kaitlynn believes in a collaborative approach and works holistically. She recently completed a year-long training program at NYU for Child and Family therapy in order to enhance her knowledge and clinical skills surrounding supporting the families she works with.

Kaitlynn's specialties include ADHD, anxiety, relationship issues, codependency, trauma related issues, parent coaching, and family conflict. Kaitlynn completed her Masters degree in Drama Therapy from New York University and operates a private practice virtually and in-person in Ridgewood, Queens.
