Pronouns: She | Her | Hers

Jessica deeply believes in each of our innate drives toward healing and wellness. At times we need support to find our way along this path; this is where therapy can be an essential tool. Jessica employs a collaborative approach to support the development of curiosity and compassion for one’s whole self. In therapy we tune into the body’s wisdom, foster acceptance of ourselves in the present moment, and reshape narratives of our past.

Jessica is a psychotherapist with nearly a decade of experience in the field. Her background is in treating adult and child survivors of trauma, as well as those experiencing anxiety, depression, and distress related to life transitions. In addition to her psychotherapy background, she draws from training as a yoga instructor at Abhyasa Yoga Center and in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction at Mindful Harlem to support those she works with in reconnecting with their bodies.

She also utilizes Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, a body-oriented talk therapy aimed at developing mindfulness of our somatic responses, building internal resources and processing traumatic memory.
