Yoga Basics with Tara Ferri

A simple flow of yoga postures using the breath to connect each movement with special attention to alignment. A series of  sun salutations, standing and seated poses, and stretches are used to build strength, flexibility, and calm.  This class is good for beginners or advanced students who would like a slower class to concentrate on the basics of the poses.

Proof of vaccination will be required to join this class, participants will be masked.
