Join Lauren Urban, LCSW, therapist and certified hypnotist and Kendall Kolenik, LMSW, therapist and registered yoga teacher for this half day retreat for clinicians and healers to foster and support reflecting on the past year’s professional journey, releasing what’s no longer aligned to clear space for the work of the coming year, intention setting and visioning for the coming year and building community and support for yourself and your practice. 

This half day retreat will take place IN PERSON at Get Right Wellness. Participants will be led through hypnosis, yin yoga, guided journaling and vision-boarding exercises and tarot/oracle card pulls throughout the 4 hour workshop. Breakfast and lunch will be served. This retreat will be limited to 10 participants, to facilitate sharing and intimacy.
