Plant Medicine for Anxiety Support

Join Get Right Wellness IN PERSON for Plant Medicine for Anxiety support with Lindsey Weaving. In this workshop we will focus on how to prepare, combine, and work with 8 common herbs to help find balance and respite from symptoms of anxiety. We will focus on daily rituals, grounding techniques, and how to turn tea time into a medicinal and meditative experience.

Lindsey Weaving (she/her) is a Community Herbalist who believes that deepening our physical and emotional relationships with the plant kingdom is a direct pathway for healing our bodily ailments, spiritual difficulties, and emotional energetic blocks. She uses an intuitive, lifestyle, and science based approach to work collaboratively with people who are called to plant medicine and plant magic to heal trauma, bodily wounds, chronic stress, disease of the modern world and various physical imbalances. She has studied under Karine Goordineer, Shaman and Herbalist of the Hudson Valley, and primarily through the Commonwealth School of Holistic Herbalism. Lindsey is also a Postpartum Doula, Dancer, and Artist.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and recent concerns regarding the Delta variant, we are taking precautions to protect the health and safety of folks who enter our space. Only fully vaccinated participants will be admitted to this workshop, please be prepared to show proof of your vaccination status when you arrive. Proof of vaccination can be shown with either your CDC vaccine card (the physical card, not a photo) or with the NYS Excelsior pass.
