QiGong with Tony Gedrich

Qi Gong is an ancient practice with roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine. The aim of this work is to cultivate one's Qi or life-force energy. With an intentional focus on how our body's energy moves, we use meditation and slow movement as tools to build awareness of where and how Qi flows through us. Working to improve our own energy fields can have positive impacts on the immune system, emotional regulation, as well the physical body's health. In this approximately 45-minute class, we will practice standing and seated Qi Gong exercises, both moving and stationary, as a means to become aware of our own Qi, release unwanted stress and emotion, and become more grounded.

Please note that registration for this class will end at 8:00pm the evening before the scheduled time. Please make sure that you sign up by that time to ensure you’re able to attend!
