I believe you know yourself best.  As a Yoga Therapist, I help you tap into your inner wisdom and support the natural process of healing in body, mind and spirit.

In 1:1 sessions and therapeutic groups, we work with traditional yoga tools and yoga science to address personalized wellness goals and medical diagnoses. In my practice I incorporate yoga postures, mudras, breath practices, meditations, all specifically selected for a personalized practice.

Inspired by my lived experience and yoga therapy training, I have a passion for helping others improve quality of life amidst chronic pain, chronic illness and autoimmune disorders, and emotional health challenges including trauma, anxiety, depression.

I was introduced to yoga at a young age, when my mother brought me to yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch to seek alternative self-care for my autoimmune diagnosis. Ever since, yoga has been part of my lifelong journey as I manage underlying health challenges.

I have been teaching yoga since 2016 and am a graduate of the Kripalu School of Integrative Yoga Therapy.  I hold a Masters of Arts in Teaching degree from Manhattanville College, and I have a comprehensive background working with nonprofits, within community settings and with people of all ages of varying physical and cognitive abilities. Prior to taking on Yoga Therapy full time, I served as a Certified New York State public school teacher, and worked with children for over 10 years. In addition to yoga therapy, I am a practitioner of Qi Gong, I create visual art, enjoy playing music, and make plant medicines with wild-crafted plants and homegrown herbs.
